Self-Directed Learning



There are many reasons that make today's workplace different than the workplace of old. Today's workplace has grown towards one in which a "self-directed" learner is more commonplace than in the past. A great deal of research has been performed to find both why this trend has taken place, as well as what can be done, in order to make the necessary changes to adjust to this type of workplace.

There are large amounts of money being invested to try and find answers to the question, "why?" However, no matter the reason why the changes have happened, the fact is that they are continuing to take place.
